HI-FLOW™
CONTROL VALVES
W.E. Anderson HI-FLOW™ Control Valves are single seated, top-guided globe valves - probably the simplest, from a construction standpoint, yet most versatile control valve in use. Typically, control valves are used to throttle fluid flows within fairly narrow bands during normal operation. However, HI-FLOW™ globe valves also feature high flow capacities with wide rangeability (50:1) and tight shutoff enhancing control capability while providing superior application flexibility. Although many manufacturers have attempted to improve upon the globe valve's existing high level of performance by complicating inner valve geometries, the HI-FLOW™ valve with linear characteristics remains the choice of industry for the vast majority of demanding process control applications.
W.E. Anderson HI-FLOW™ Control Valves were formerly known as ABB Kent Taylor.
Series
2000VA HI FLOW™ Control Valves - Push-to-close, linear
characteristics, precise control, high flow capacity. Versatile,
single-seated, top-guided globe valves designed for precise control of pressure,
temperature, level and flow process variables at an economic price.
Standard models incorporate push-to-close action and linear flow characteristics
generally accepted as industry standard; however, control valves with push to
open action and/or equal percentage flow characteristics are also readily
available to satisfy unique process control applications.
Series
2000VA Flanged HI FLOW™ Control Valves (shown with Air-to-Lower Actuator)
- they incorporate the same versatility as the threaded, top-guided globe
control valves. Designed for precise process control of pressure,
temperature, flow and level, these valves conform to the requirements of Class
125 or Class 250 in Iron, or Class 150 and 300 in Bronze and Stainless
Steel. Standard models incorporate push-to-close action and linear flow
characteristics. Optional push-to-open, or equal percent flow
characteristics are also available. High flow capacities and superior
rangeability enable the valve to be used for a wide range of process control
applications.

Series 3000WA HI FLOW™ Three
Way Control Valves (shown with Air-to-Lower actuator) - Linear
characteristics, for mixing and diverting service. Available is sizes
1/2" to 2", Bronze or 316 Stainless Steel bodies, maximum pressure of
250 psig (bronze) and 300 psig (SS).

Series 36R Self-Acting Temperature Control Valves - feature self-contained
valve, actuator and sealed thermal system in one compact unit providing
installation economy and long term reliability. Available in either
Direct-Acting (valve closes on temperature rise) or Reverse-Acting (valve opens
on temperature rise), quick-opening double seated valve enables fast response
for improved process control. Available in sizes 1/2" to 2".
Series
150N Pneumatic Positioners - deliver stable process control at an
exceptionally low price. Field selectable cam design. This versatile unit
is cam characterized which allows use of a single internal range spring for all
control spans. Rotations of the cam allows split range applications to be
easily selected. Its rugged, durable design makes it ideal for use in
harsh environments while maintaining precise, accurate positioning of the
control element. This multi-faceted positioner requires no additional
parts to convert from direct to reverse acting. Readily accessible zero
and span adjustments are conveniently located behind a removable housing cover.
Series
100NF PRECISOR® Pneumatic Positioners - are fast responding,
precision-calibrated, force-balance instruments providing accurate valve
positioning - the ultimate in stable process control.
Series
2V Pneumatic Pilot Valves - are compact, combination Two-Way/Three-Way globe
valves for air, water, gas or steam service. Minimal actuator volume and
short valve stroke combine to deliver quick, positive action. Ideal for
use in boosting response time of diaphragm actuators or as lock-in/lock out
devices. Valve ports: 1/4"NPT, Air supply: 1/8"NPT. Pneumatic
operating range: 0 - 30 psi, Maximum fluid temperatures: 100 psi (Gas and
Water), 60 psi (Steam). Cv: 1.5 @ 100%.
