ASCO Pneumatic Controls' dynamic new Modulair 112 offers all the control, flexibility and performance you need from a Filter - Regulator - Lubricator (FRL). The components of the Mod 112 series can be installed separately or can be assembled into a complete unit as your needs require. It is specifically engineered to give you increased air flow from a modular system. Connections: 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2". Provides maximum air flow up to 105 CFM at 90 PSI for 3/8" version.
ISO
Series Valves
These ASCO valves meet ISO 5599-1 for mounting
and piping. Design of valves enable them to accept CNOMO standard
operators and coil connections meet DIN standards. Allows for worldwide
interchangeability. Two basic valve designs - full size, multi-function
valves (models PH and PL) enable you to change pilots in the field if the needs
of your application change, and compact valve (model ISO 1) meets the needs of
OEMs who require a small, economical valve. With its compact size, this
single-solenoid, spring-return valve features a large Cv.
Multipol
and Buslink Pneumatic Spool Valve Islands
Multipol
and Buslink systems are economic solutions for reducing wiring time and for
meeting requirements for automated installations. ASCO Pneumatic Controls
valve islands are designed to receive bistable mini-spool valves with integral
twin pilots. As a more compact solution, both pilots are integrated in a
one-piece solenoid operator located on the same side as the valve. These
islands enable:
* Control of pneumatic components
* M12 connector inputs for gathering of stroke information
* 24V outputs for piloting solenoid valves and all other electrical
components
With
the Buslink System you can:
* Eliminate cumbersome wire bundles and cable costs
* Connect a PLC and pneumatic valve islands via field bus
serial connection
Depending
on the type, each island can receive 4 to 16 spool valves (extension to 32 spool
valves available).
These automated pneumatic components use a multiwire cable of fieldbus
connection with the following protocols: Multipol, Profibus-DP, Device Net™,
Interbus-S, Modbus, AS-interface. AS-interface connectors enable
direct connection of pneumatic components and solenoid valves as well as
collection of end of stroke information.
Sentronic
Pneumatic Proportional Valves
Electropneumatic 3-Port valve with
internal supply or external supply to the pressure sensor. The range of
solenoid operated servo valves combines the advantages of both pneumatics and
electronics, enabling regulation of pressure, flow, effort, speed and position -
either linear or angular, 1/8" to 1" BSP.
Series 551 Spool Valves - 1/4" NPT, Solenoid, Air or Manual/Mechanical Pilots, Inline, Rail and Namur Mount.
Series 630 Mini Piezo Valve - Subbase Mounted, Subbase M5, 1/8" NPT, Dry Air or Inert Gas.
